⚖️ Terms & Conditions (with Child Data & Parental Responsibility Addendum)

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the NeuroTrackr app, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. About NeuroTrackr
NeuroTrackr is a therapy tracking and progress reporting platform developed by Neuro Play Emporium for therapists, educators, and parents to record and visualize developmental progress.
3. Account Responsibility
- Only registered users over 18 years may create an account.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for managing child-related data.
- Users must ensure all information entered is accurate and lawful.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Paid features are subscription-based.
- Payments are processed through secure gateways (PayU Money, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
- Refunds are available only in case of verified technical errors or failed transactions.
5. Data Ownership
- Users retain full rights over child data and reports they generate.
- Neuro Play Emporium owns the software, design, and intellectual property of the platform.
- By uploading content, users grant Neuro Play Emporium limited rights to process and display data within the app.
6. Parental and Therapist Responsibility
- Parents or therapists must ensure that data entered for children is appropriate and lawful.
- The platform is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or medical advice.
- All progress reports are meant for recording and support purposes only.
7. Restrictions
Users may not:
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Use the app for unlawful or discriminatory activities.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Neuro Play Emporium will not be liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or unauthorized access caused by third-party breaches.
- The platform is offered on an “as-is” basis without warranties of clinical or therapeutic outcomes.
9. Termination
Neuro Play Emporium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Barrrackpore, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal courts.
International users are also subject to applicable data transfer and privacy compliance rules in their jurisdictions.
